ABOUT ZEE BASA
Zyque Faith Basa, born February 2, 1998, was raised in Roxas City, Capiz. She finished college in West Visayas State University with a degree in Education (Special Education). Zyque, or Zee, is the Grand Winner of the Shopee Star Influencers competition which earned her a spot as one of the official Shopee PH Livestreamers. She excels on discussing beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech, and music on her content flow.
Behind the spotlight, Zee puts her spare time in service of others. She is the current president of a non-government youth organization, Sama-sama Tayong Lahat, which caters youth volunteers and engaging them with nation-building activities such as mental health awareness, teenage pregnancy awareness, and cultural preservation. The organization was co-founded by her and his brother, Cyprian Jade Basa, last 2013 during the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan. The organization was recognized by national and local award-giving bodies such as the Jollibee Family Values Awards, ABS-CBN Gaward Geny Lopez Jr. Bayaning Kabataan Awards, MTV Channel - Asia, and Global Peace Foundation.
Zee is an artist in many areas including music, art, photography, videography and acting. This award-winning teenager received national awards in film through the Sorok Film Festival and C2 Cool and Green Music Video Competition. Zyque was also sent to various places in the Philippines to perform songs of Philippine Classical Music which inspired her to advocate on cultural preservation.
When Zee entered the influencers program of Shopee, even before her Shopee Star Influencers experience, she earned her name by topping the charts of the Shopee Feed Influencers roster and consistently acing the monthly Shopee feed competitions. Some of her Shopee milestones are as follows: #ShopeeHaul Cashback Buys (1st Place), #PerfectPAIRChases (1st Place), #66MidYearFinds (1st Place), #44ShopeeFinds (2nd Place), #55BrandPicks (2nd Place, #MegaSaleReviews (2nd Place), #MegaPaydayFinds (2nd Place), and she is also a 5-time #PaydayBest15 winner.
Zee's Shopee Livestreaming experience is her awakening when it comes to the industry. She has also earned a reputable spot in the current Shopee PH Livestreamers list, earning 12,000 followers and partnering with more than 60 Shopee Mall brands in her first four months of streaming. Zee is also an A-list when it comes to branded performance. She was tagged as one of Shopee's Best Livestreamers when it comes to fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
